Our process usually begins with a full clear-out and reorganisation of the stockroom. Working with your team, we sort through existing materials, remove outdated or unnecessary items, and repack what remains into durable, uniform storage crates. Once the space is cleared and optimised, we install professional racking systems designed to maximise the available space.

Every crate is then labelled and logged into a simple digital inventory system. Using a mobile app, your team can instantly locate any box, see exactly where it belongs, and return it to its correct shelf. Adding new items is just as easy. New crates can be labelled, logged, and assigned their own space within the system.
