The Fixers was founded by two people from very different industries who share the same strength: managing complex projects and turning chaos into systems that work.

One of the founders comes from a project management background in the events industry, producing large-scale productions for some of the biggest artists in the world.

The other founder built and ran highly successful removals and storage companies in, operating large-scale storage facilities and logistics operations. Years of managing space, inventory, and organisation at scale means that creating efficient storage systems and optimising workspaces is second nature.

Delivering complex projects under pressure, coordinating teams and bringing ambitious ideas to life has been the core of their career.

Together, these two form the foundation of The Fixers.
They combine practical expertise in storage, logistics and organisation with high-level project management and design coordination.

Whether it’s transforming a chaotic warehouse, installing intelligent storage systems, or managing a full office refit, their aim is always the same, to create incredible spaces that supercharge businesses.
