The Fixers was founded by Charlie Jameson and Alasdair Finlayson, two people from different industries. United by a shared strength in managing complex projects, tailoring solutions to each client, and turning chaos into practical systems.

Charlie comes from a project management background in the events industry, producing large-scale productions for some of the biggest artists in the world and with 18 year’s experience. He has a real passion for logistics, solving problems and attention to detail. 

Alasdair built and ran a successful removals and storage company, managing large-scale logistics and storage operations. For over 15 years he handled complex schedules and high-pressure situations, developing efficient systems that made the process as smooth as possible for clients. Delivering complex projects under pressure, understanding business needs, coordinating teams, and bringing ideas to life has been central to his work.

Together, these two form the foundation of The Fixers.

They combine practical expertise in storage, logistics and organisation with high-level project & client management, and design coordination.
